Workshops
These free workshops are open to adults (16 and over) in Shettleston:
All of these are on Thursday evenings 5.30-7.30pm at Shettleston Old Parish Church hall (welcome room) unless otherwise stated.
Thursday 6th March - Intro session - Getting to know Shettleston and the 4 themes of the trail.
Thursday 20th March - Researching Historic Maps for beginners - to see how Shettleston has changed.
Thursday 3rd April - Visit to Mitchell Library - Looking at archives for Shettleston for beginners
Thursday 17th April - Walk around Shettleston to pick out points of interest for the trail
Thursday 1st May - a web based workshop (for beginners) where people can learn about setting up a basic website or adding content such as photographs to our website
Thursday 15th May - Material gathering - Gathering together resources and research for our Heritage Trail points of interest.
Please let me know which of these workshops you'd like to come to - and spread the word. Places are limited to 10 people for each workshop.
